Direct to Garment Printing
Have you ever wanted to order just one of a design? Or wanted to be able to get a photographic-quality design printed on any number of fabric items, like hoodies, tees, or totes?
We can do that and more with our Direct-to-Garment or DTG printing. This process allows us to use super high quality inks and fabrics to create amazing finished designs…all at an affordable price.

FAQs for DTG
One of the fun parts of Direct-to-Garment printing is we can print all the colors at no additional cost. The way it works is a little like an inkjet printer; we can print the full spectrum of colors because the printer uses a CMYK ink system to print your designs. It really doesn’t matter if you want to use one color, two colors….or a hundred colors. The cost is the same no matter how complicated your color pallate.
We aim to use 100 percent ringspun cotton because that’ll give you the best print for your money. When we print on ringspun cotton, you get a finished print that’ll last through multiple washings and feel great against your skin.
We’ve printed designs ranging from bold and brash all the way to almost spiderweb fine. Direct-to-Garment offers you the ability to created clear, fine, and well-defined lines and fields of color. That gives you an almost unlimited range of potential we know you’ll love.
Every job is unique, just like every one of your designs is unique. That makes it hard to give a standard answer on how long a job will take to complete. But, with that in mind, we aim to complete every job as quickly as possible. Direct-to-Garment printing is fast in our shop. If your order is small and we have the shirts you want in-stock, we will deliver the finished print really quickly. If the job is larger or we need to special order to get exactly the garments or fabric items you want, it may take a little longer. We will give you a good idea of how long your specific job will take when you order.
One of the terrific aspects of using Direct-to-Garment printing instead of screen printing or heat transfer is that we can print just one item or we can print many items easily and at the same per-item cost. We have no minimum order requirement thanks to the power of DTG printing.
Heat Transfer Graphic Printing
We’ve been using Heat Transfer graphic printing to produce small run orders for years. Heat Transfer graphic printing is a little like screen printing, except without all the chemicals and potential screen degradation that comes with many printings.
What we love about Heat Transfer graphic printing is it lets us create small- to medium-sized orders using a wider range of potential fabrics.

FAQs for Heat Transfer
When it comes to heat transfer printing we do have a minimum of 10 items. At 10 items it can cause the per price of the garment to be more affordable. We generally limit order sizes to no more than 300 items. We’ve found that’s the point at which most of our customers want to avoid dealing with larger companies and it’s the point at which larger companies generally set their minimums. Our aim is to help folks who want their custom designs on stuff but don’t want a huge inventory to get it.
One of the benefits of using Heat Transfer graphic printing is that we can choose a wider variety of fibers to print on. We generally prefer to work with items that are at least 50 percent cotton, but the type of cotton is pretty flexible. That range gives us a wider playing field to choose the best components for building your order.
One of the beautiful aspects of Heat Transfer graphic printing technology is that we can print on a variety of items, including all types of clothing, totes and bags, hankies, scarves, and even hats.

Yes! We can take your ideas and help you turn them into a finished design you’re proud to show off. When we schedule a time to create a quote for you, we’ll come out to take measurements and talk about what you’re envisioning.
Nope. We can use one or more colors for your Cut Vinyl Design. We’ll strive to match your branding as close as possible. Vinyl comes in a huge but limited color set. We’ll choose the colors that are as close as possible to your corporate branding guidelines if that’s your goal. We keep a limited set of colors in-stock in our shop, so we may need to special order for you. We’re happy to do that, but it may add a little time onto your order while we wait for your custom colors to arrive.
We aim to get all our jobs done as quickly as possible. There are many factors that can be out of our control, like weather and vinyl deliver in the case of special colors in your design. When we give you a quote, we’ll include a timeline so you know how long it’ll take before you’re grinning over the fabulous new design decorating your space.
We are able to cut quite intricate designs, if that’s what you need. Although the more intricate the design the longer it will take to product the vinyl.We’ll help you through the design and installation process to ensure that your design looks outstanding and professional.

When you call us for a quote, we’ll ask a few questions about the details of your event. We’ll help you set good deadlines for each step of the process. You can choose to distribute the items you’ve sold through our shop personally or we can set up a shipping system so you don’t need to worry about it. We’ll work with you through the process to help you and your customers get your custom designs in perfect time for your event.
Our Pro-shops are long-term online shops anyone can use to sell custom designs to their associates. You don’t have to be a business or a sporting-related group to set one up.
We use the Pro-shop technology to help small- to medium-sized companies simplify the ordering process for their people. We can set up a Pro-shop for your group using your custom designs on the sizes, types, and colors of clothing you want.
When you call for a quote, we’ll talk with you about both your immediate needs and your projected longer-term expectations. With Pro-shops, you can have a lot of flexibility in the items you sell and the delivery options you choose. We’ll help you find the best solution for your needs today and tomorrow.
We offer two options for shipping through our online shops.
Local pickup is available. This saves you money on shipping and gives you the opprtunity to thank your customers personally. We’ll produce the order, pack it, and let you know it’s ready. You’ll stop by our office in Eugene, Oregon to pick it up, then you distribute the items to each of your customers. Well help make that part easy by packing individual orders and labeling them separately if that’s the way you’d like to go. Or, you can pick and pack each individual order yourself if that makes more sense for your situation.
Shipping within the USA is available. If you choose this option, the cost of shipping will be added at the time of sale for each item ordered or you can set the prices to include shipping (which is how free shipping works for most online stores). Regardless of which option you choose, we’ll handle the packing and shipping of items to each of your customers.
Our shops accept credit and debit card sales only. We’ll handle all the processing fees and manage the payments for you. You do not need to sign up for credit card processing and won’t have additional fees tacked onto orders for credit card or debit card processing. Our system handles Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
All our shops work on a commission model. That means we handle all the financial transactions including the cost of goods sold as well as all sales tax, shipping fees if appropriate, and credit card processing fees.
You’ll get a percentage of the net or profits after that, which we’ll pay out to you once items have been delivered. The exact timing for payment will depend on the type of shop you choose and the details of your sales. When we create a quote for you, we’ll make sure you know how it’ll work and what to expect every step of the way, including when to expect your commission or payment.
We can help you set up an online shop to sell your designs and artwork on tees, hoodies, pants, totes…pretty much any fabric item you can print with a Direct-to-Garment printer or using Heat Transfer.
Just like with our Pro-shops, we’ll work with you to create a shop that makes sense for your designs and your audience. We can handle the shipping for you or we can print and pack the orders and let you do the distribution.
We can also create a custom code that allows you to order small runs of specific designs for yourself at a discount so you can use your own shop to order for events or in-person sales to customers.
