Our High-Quality DTF (Direct-to-film) transfers allow anyone from hobbyists to small businesses to print any design on clothing. There is virtually no limitation to what you can print whether you need bright white, solids, gradients, or fine lines!
- Our film is printed with the highest quality Innobella Inks, Firebird film, and Firebird powder to give you bright whites and colors on almost any type of material, color, or stretchiness of garment.
- Our transfers have been wear-tested on a variety of garments with washer and dryer tests. Your art will never run off the transfers and it will wear well and at least 60 washing cycles
- Every order is reviewed by our team to ensure proper and optimized printing, we have the ability to assist you with white and black background removal.
- If your art needs more than a basic setup we will request new files or we can fix it for you billed at $60/hour.

- Turn the press on and set the temperature to between 320-356°F at a medium pressure (40~50 PSI) for cotton.

Press your garment for about 2-5 seconds, to flatten fibers, and remove moisture.

Place your DTF Film on your heat press for 10-20 seconds.

Remove your garment from the press. DO NOT REMOVE THE FILM.

Let the film cool down for about 30 seconds (Cold-Peel Release).

Remove the film. Note: If the ink pulls up, stop, and repress for 10 seconds.

Return your item to the heat press, and cover it with a piece of parchment paper or a Teflon sheet.

Press the artwork again for between 5-15 seconds, depending on the temperature your press at which it is set (higher temperature = less time), to finish the curing process.
File Requirements:Â High Resolution (300 Dpi) at Full Size in RGB Color Space with a Transparent Background. We need at least 1 point of thickness for the finest line.
For PNG Files: Your file must be sized to the final dimension you are ordering. For example if it is 3″x3″ then your art would have those dimensions and the resolution would be 300DPI.
For PDFs:Â Your file should be a vector PDF saved at the best quality.
We will review your files before we print if needed we will request a new file to fix anything we find.

Refunds & Reprints
Contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint. We will not issue a reprint or refund if the uploaded file is low quality. Please see our Graphic File Requirements before you upload. If you’d like a refund or reprint for another reason, it must be approved by Ace High Graphics first.
