Direct to Film Transfers by Gang Sheet

1. Turn the press on and set the temperature to between 320-356°F at a medium pressure (40~50 PSI) for cotton.

2. Press your garment for about 2-5 seconds, to flatten fibers, and remove moisture.

3. Place your DTF Film on your heat press for 10-20 seconds.

4. Remove your garment from the press. DO NOT REMOVE THE FILM.

5. Let the film cool down for about 30 seconds (Cold-Peel Release).

6. Remove the film. Note: If the ink pulls up, stop, and repress for 10 seconds.

7. Return your item to the heat press, and cover it with a piece of parchment paper or a Teflon sheet.

8. Press the artwork again for between 5-15 seconds, depending on the temperature your press at which it is set (higher temperature = less time), to finish the curing process.

File Requirements: High Resolution (300 Dpi) at Full Size in RGB Color Space with a Transparent Background. We need at least 1 point of thickness for the finest line.

For PNG Files: Your file must be sized to the final dimension you are ordering. For example if it is 3″x3″ then your file would have those dimensions and the resolution would be 300DPI.

For PDFs: Your file should be a vector PDF saved at the best quality.

We will review your files before we print if needed we will request a new file to fix anything we find.

Refunds & Reprints

Contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint.  We will not issue a reprint or refund if the uploaded file is low quality. Please see our Graphic File Requirements before you upload. If you’d like a refund or reprint for another reason, it must be approved by Ace High Graphics first.
